Project Goal

Streamline and optimize some of the workflows within the Atlantic County Department of Human Services; specifically, empower the Office of Support Services and Division of Intergenerational Services with regard to the Home Delivered Meals program

Business Problem Solved

Provided and developed solutions overhaul to the current workflows including verified point location collection and integration using Collector for ArcGIS; seamless client information and request management within customized database application using ArcGIS Online and MS Access; daily optimal routing by Support Services with email output from the MS Access database application for consumption directly by Navigator for ArcGIS; optimized routing requested of the Atlantic County Office of GIS as needed using ArcGIS for Desktop with ArcGIS Network Analyst; empowering Support Services to have more flexibility to deliver nutritive meals by using drivers that are new or unfamiliar with the required delivery route.
