Business Problem Solved

GIS-centric asset management has allowed the city to address a variety of deferred maintenance issues, including improvements to the transportation system, along with development of a new stormwater utility. Delivering authoritative information through the use of modern tools has empowered field crews while providing the development community access to detailed information they need to make good decisions.

Technology Implemented

Enterprise systems implemented across the organization such as ArcGIS Online, Geocortex, and Cityworks provide a city-wide approach to data-driven decisions. Other critical components include FME for database integration, AVL for fleet management, and CCTV for wastewater pipe inspections.
