Business Problem

The Delaware Geographic Data Committee, having adopted a Spatial Data Framework, was looking for a place to post the relevent data layers and to facilitate discussions about the on-going maintenance and update of those layers. The DGDC also wanted a place to facilitate discussions with the USGS about using state framework data to update the topographic map series.

Technology Implemented

The DGDC will use ArcIMS is two different sites. One highly customized to serve as an on-line colaboratory to facilitate data development and combination discussions. The other will be a simple site that will allow smaller agencies a place, and assistance, to serve their data.
