Business Problem

BSB GIS provides assistance in addressing a wide variety of issues: Cadastral/land records, Superfund, census data, infrastructure, zoning and masterplan, E-911, and a variety of administrative jurisdictions. The GIS is based on land records data, developed over the past several years and now completed for the city and county. The ability to query and spatially analyze land records data in combination with any other data has proved invaluable to decision makers within local government. In addition, BSB GIS has developed and/or acquired base map data at several different scales in order to supplement the cadastral and Superfund-related data layers. Further enhancing the use of GIS data is the incorporation of CAMA parcel data which has been used in mapping and creating reports for many different projects.
