Business Problem

To accomplish this, we have a very popular columnist who writes our In Line With GIS column (Rj Zimmer). Rj, a licensed surveyor, is the GIS Center Manager for the
City of Helena and Lewis & Clark County in Montana. In addition, we have published many articles about GIS and the crucial need for surveying involvement. We own the GIS Monitor, edited by Adena Schutzberg, a popular weekly GIS e-newsletter that goes to more than 13,000 GIS professionals.

Technology Implemented

The City of Helena uses ESRI software
