Project Goal

Our goal of the project is to build up supporting system for making decision based on spatial information. The system will enable Korea National Housing Corporation (KNHC) to scientifically proceed with the construction of 1 million National Rental Housing Unit, as well as to systematically support the construction of New Town for Next Generation. As a result of the system, KNHC will strengthen their competitive power.
In addition, based on the project, we would like to contribute to housing development of information oriented city so that we could uplift stature of the corporation. Also, we can accomplish our vision as an professional organization for housing.

Business Problem Solved

According to the paradigm changes of urban policy like "plan first & develop later", we introduced and built GIS System in order not only to support land development but also to make the internal work & external service efficient.
