GIS based City's Service Request Application is a Internet-based automated system. This replaces the legacy-based paper based system. This system is avaialable for public to report needed services 24/7 year around. This system has improved efficiency tremendously.

Development Team Biography
Ahmed Husain, MS, MPA, PE
Ahmed has over 15 years of expereince with GIS applications and implementation. He has developed several Client/WebBased technology applications for the cities City of Miramar Florida, City of Downey California. These applications inlclude Service Request System, Traffic Counts, Web Based Utility GIS, Centerline Ties Sytem etc. His educational achivements include a Masters of Engineering degree from University of South Carolina Columbia, a Master of Public Administration degree from Nova South Eastern University, Florida, and Professional Engioneering Registrations with the Starte of California and State of Florida.
