Business Problem Solved

The real success of our program is in our enterprise approach. Every department in the County makes use of GIS data. One of our top advantages is integration with key business systems-CAD911, SAP, Manatron, etc.

Major Projects:
Fireview: Fire station location siting and first response time mapping
Crime Analysis: Crime pattern prediction & crime prevention
Mobile GIS: ArcExplorer in police/fire units, ArcMap/ArcFM in utility field units
Digital Atlas: Easy-to-use PDF format for reading property maps
Digital Document Submittal: Digital building plans to update GIS using ArcToolbox CAD conversion tools
Quality Control: PLTS Data ReViewer for QA/QC of aerial photos, Planimetric, Topographic data
Stormwater Utility: Integration of GIS parcel, impervious surfaces and property records to calculate stormwater billing, using ArcGIS for geoprocessing
SAP integration: Real-time Geocoding developed by ESRI, instantly maps service calls in ArcSDE, locations are viewed via SAP-CRM link
