Project Goal

Ajman Map Portal aims to share the GIS data in a user friendly interface, making it easy for everyone to understand the GIS. It enables the user to have a quick analysis and reports, it allows the stakeholders to monitor the city projects using management dashboard, and it allows the municipality to share and update the GIS data with its strategic partners.

Business Problem Solved

Monitor the urban and infrastructure projects using management dashboard.
Automate the process of exchanging the data with an external strategic partner such as police, civil defense, and water and electricity authority.
Spread the knowledge of GIS through designing easy to use user interface.
Minimize the technical support required compared with the old desktop application.
Easily linking with external entities via government intranet.
