Project Goal
Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. recorded its record-high number of parcel deliveries in FY2021 with 2,275.62 million pieces, up 8.5% from the previous year (46.6% domestic market share: No. 1 in Japan*). The company will continue to be responsible for Japan's largest scale of deliveries. Development Team Biography
The project team consisted of eight members of Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., including the manager of the Transportation and Delivery Operation Systems Department, who designed and built the internal workflow based on the system, three members of the department, and four members of the Digital Promotion Department. In addition, 28 system developers of Yamato System Development Corporation Co., Ltd., engaged in the system development.
