Project Goal

To provide GIS Enterprise services to a multi-government consortium. The iMap Consortium stakeholders are the government and departments of Allen County IN, the City of Fort Wayne IN, the City of New Haven IN, the towns of Huntertown and Leo-Cedarville, the NIRCC long range transportation planning groups and the Fort Wayne - Allen County International Airport. The on-going goal of our Enterprise GIS to to meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders, keep per user costs to a minimum, and provide spatial services to the citizens of Allen County.

ArcGIS Server, Portal, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, Field Apps, ArcGIS Solutions such as the Emergency Management suite, Parcel Fabric, Utility Model, and ArcGIS Urban.

Development Team Biography

The iMap Consortium is overseen iMap Board consisting of appointed representatives of Allen County, the City of Fort Wayne and Fort Wayne City Utilities. The consortium is led by Dave Estes, Allen County GIS Coordinator. Each of the consortium stakeholders have a GIS Manager at the department level and report to an IT Director or CIO. Allen County and the City of Fort Wayne mutually contract an IT Service Provider called Resultant. The Resultant GIS team provides the day to day technical resources to implement and administer the ArcGIS Enterprise and implement technical solutions to address the needs of the consortium.
