Project Goal

While individual Nebraska counties provide tools to view annual property tax bills, levy rates, and assessed values, most lack trend data on valuation and levy changes.Business Problem Solved
The Property Tax Dashboard Application streamlines historic parcel data across all Nebraska Counties. It enables Nebraskans to easily track the evolution of their property taxes by analyzing the trends and understanding the impact of changes in the property value and levies. Through this platform taxing authority spatial changes can also be documented as districts shift, consolidate, or dissolve. The application allows users to view the data in multiple formats, including tables, mapping interfaces, or charts and graphs, the multiple ways to visualize data helps all Nebraskans to comprehend, and make informed decisions with the information.
Technology Implemented
