Project Goal
KSS Energia has continuously and boldly expanded the use of the ArcGIS platform across its business units to meet strategic and operational needs. The Group leverages ArcGIS for managing electricity, district heating, and natural gas networks, planning investments, and communicating faults and disruptions. Additionally, KSS Lämpö Oy has digitalized the electricity meter replacement process using ArcGIS.Business Problem Solved
Previously, information related to network asset management was scattered across multiple systems, making network planning and maintenance more challenging. With the ArcGIS platform and digitalization, data management has been significantly improved, and processes have been streamlined.
For example, the electricity meter replacement process was previously manual and time-consuming, involving risks of errors, delays, and inefficiencies.
