Project Goal

Oman Broadband’s GIS project utilized 3-GIS, an Esri partner solution, to enhance network management and broadband expansion. The project focused on creating a centralized GIS platform to visualize, manage, and analyze their fiber-optic infrastructure in real time. This solution enabled precise asset tracking, optimized network planning, and improved operational efficiency. Field teams accessed accurate data on-site, enhancing productivity and reducing errors. The system also supported strategic broadband expansion planning, aligning with Oman’s digital transformation goals. By leveraging 3-GIS technology integrated with Esri’s capabilities, Oman Broadband revolutionized its operations and ensured reliable, sustainable service delivery.
