Project Goal

The 2025 GO Bond Website is a public-facing, interactive platform built using Esri’s Experience Builder, designed to provide residents, contractors, and stakeholders with transparent access to information about Oklahoma City’s 2025 General Obligation Bond projects. The website reflects coordinated work across the Public Works GO Bond Program, IT/GIS, and Communications teams. Internal reviews led to iterative improvements in content, layout, user experience, accessibility, and language consistency.

Business Problem Solved

The 2025 GO Bond website solved multiple business problems:

• Reduced staff workload by cutting down on repetitive data requests

• Provided modern, GIS-driven tools for residents to explore bond projects
• Advanced citywide open-data and digital-modernization initiatives

Development Team Biography

Chad Meisenburg is a Capital Improvements Project Manager for the Public Works Department, where he oversees planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects that support the City’s long term growth.
Leigh Demers is a Business Intelligence Specialist for the Public Works Department, where she supports data driven decision making through advanced analytics, GIS solutions, and cross departmental collaboration.
Kevin Oravetz is a Systems Analyst for the Public Works Department, where he supports enterprise technology operations, systems integration, and user focused digital solutions.
Parker Smith is a GIS Analyst for the Public Works Department, where he supports mapping, geospatial analysis, and enterprise GIS solutions that drive informed decision making across municipal operations.
Angela Rosellini-labombarde is a GIS Analyst for the Public Works Department, where she supports the City's geospatial data infrastructure, mapping workflows, and spatial analysis need

The 2025 GO Bond Website delivers a strong return on investment by improving public transparency, reducing staff workload, modernizing data access, and enhancing service delivery across the City of Oklahoma City. Built in Esri Experience Builder, the site integrates real-time project updates from the City’s construction management system and daily financial data from Oracle, giving residents and staff immediate access to accurate, authoritative information.
