Project Goal
The 2025 GO Bond Website is a public-facing, interactive platform built using Esri’s Experience Builder, designed to provide residents, contractors, and stakeholders with transparent access to information about Oklahoma City’s 2025 General Obligation Bond projects. The website reflects coordinated work across the Public Works GO Bond Program, IT/GIS, and Communications teams. Internal reviews led to iterative improvements in content, layout, user experience, accessibility, and language consistency.Business Problem Solved

Leigh Demers is a Business Intelligence Specialist for the Public Works Department, where she supports data driven decision making through advanced analytics, GIS solutions, and cross departmental collaboration.
Kevin Oravetz is a Systems Analyst for the Public Works Department, where he supports enterprise technology operations, systems integration, and user focused digital solutions.
