Business Problem Solved

The Green Bay Police Department is the primary law enforcement entity for Green Bay Packers games. On game-day Lambeau Field becomes the fifth largest city of the State of Wisconsin with over 80,000 fans in attendance. Prior to implementation of the Operations Dashboard, information was siloed with each entity. Having reliable communications between officers patrolling the stadium campus and Unified Incident Command is critical for the mission that public safety is responsible for. The City of Green Bay deployed AT&T FirstNet devices to all its officers that allowed for rapid communications through ReadyOp, a command and control platform and Tracker for ArcGIS for location-based services. Using the Operations Dashboard linked to location based services, computer aided dispatch, active incidents within the stadium complex, medical calls for service within the stadium, fan contacts, live weather radar, and live traffic provided the situational awareness that was missing.

Technology Implemented

Tracker for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, GeoEvent Server, Operations Dashboards, and Living Atlas real time data.
