Business Problem Solved

Considering that EVs and EV infrastructure are evolving and expanding rapidly, SEMCOG needed to use a platform that enables this regional planning organization to update the data and expand the topics, as well as collaborate with communities and stakeholders accordingly. To fulfill this purpose, SEMCOG chose ArcGIS Hub platform. ArcGIS Hub platform deployment enabled SEMCOG to update and expand the Southeast Michigan Electric Vehicle Resource Kit and Planning Hub to address emerging issues and in response to changes in technology, the market, grant programs, laws and regulations, state and federal policies, and to requests and recommendations from communities, organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
