Project Goal

The project aims to create a state-of-the-art geographic information solution to address the following objectives:
(1)The ability to collect and update accurate spatial and non-spatial data on the field.
(2)The ability to share GIS data and allow for integration with other departments in the university.
(3)Expand the GIS awareness between the university departments and allow them to participate in updating the current database by editing and adding new GIS data.

Business Problem Solved

GIS department of the Vice Presidency has faced the problem of updating GIS data and the need to improve this data and keep it always up to date, and there was a need to provide a solution for the data sharing between all of the university departments.

Technology Implemented

The technology implemented based on SynerGIS WebOffice 10.3, which is a Web-based Information System provides productivity tools and enhanced capabilities for system integration to ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Server.
