Technology Implemented
SYNERGY Geospatial Permit Management System - The architecture for our geospatial permit management system, SYNERGY, with ArcGIS Enterprise Pertamina as the core platform for managing and serving all geospatial data and services. Data is sourced from master data assets, sub-holding applications, and external regulators, while all permit documents are stored in a centralized document repository. The data flows into a datalake for raw processing and a geodatabase for spatial storage, with a key step being the coordinate conversion using Azure serverless functions to transform document-based coordinates into ESRI spatial formats. For analysis, ArcGIS Pro is used to generate feature and map services, and structured data is stored in the Datamart Synergy for reporting and analytics. On the user side, the system is supported by the Synergy Web App for permit management, the Synergy Dashboard for visualization, an AI-powered chatbot for quick information access, and ArcGIS Field Maps.
